Check in is strictly from 4pm up until 10pm and check out is by 10am please. Unless a self check in has been agreed which can be from 3pm.

PLEASE do not arrive before your check in time as we are unable to provide early access without prior arrangement.

Please check out by 10am to allow enough time for our housekeeping team to work their magic and to maintian our high standards ready for our next guests.

Please let us know a rough arrival time nearer to your stay to ensure someone is available to meet you & provide access to the property & the gate code etc. or pre arrange your self check in.

On arrival please ring the 'Willow Court Farm' button on the intercom and we will open the gates, meet you & greet you and get you checked in and answer any questions that you may have.
